Comfort 585 / 586 underground swing door openers Marantec
Comfort 585, and 586 are designed as underground openers and mobilize the gate virtually invisibly from below – only the arm attached to the gate can be seen above ground. The mechanical and electronic opener systems are protected from dirt and water with special insulation, and the openers are durable and work maintenance-free.

Comfort 585 opens swing gates with wing widths of up to 2.0 metres, and with a maximum gate wing weight of about 250 kg. With opening times of only about 15 seconds, this opener is particularly fast. A battery backup can be fitted at any time – to ensure that in the event of an incident, such as a power cut, your door can still be operated in an easy and convenient way.
Comfort 586 – Extra strong for swing gates weighing up to 600 kg
Comfort 586 has an identical technical specification to Comfort 585, but due to its reinforced gears and the special oil bath lubrication, it is able to open wider and heavier swing gates measuring up to 3.0 metres and weighing up to 600 kg. It is also available in single-wing or double-wing versions.
